Supermanzana H

The quaint Spanish name for this part of Nueva Andalucía literally translates as ‘Apple H’ (or Block H). Set roughly at the boundary between the larger suburbs of Aloha and Las Brisas, which are defined by their prestigious golf courses of the same name, Super manzana H is a small but characteristic residential area close to all amenities but exuding an air of peace and privacy amid lots of greenery. The Las Brisas clubhouse is just a few hundred metres away, with those of Los Naranjos, Magna Marbella and Aloha not much further, while also in easy range are a bank, restaurant and some shops. The main shopping, dining and entertainment in Nueva Andalucía is concentrated around Aloha Pueblo less than five minutes away by car, with the Centro Plaza commercial centre, Puerto Banús and Marbella town all within easy reach.

In addition to a rich offering of golf, Super manzana H residents also have tennis clubs, a driving range and a football academy close by, with the international Aloha College and a selection of professional services available without having to leave Nueva Andalucía itself. It is an area of natural greenery, both in the form of the verdant gardens of the villas and apartment complexes at Super manzana H, but also as this is a part of Marbella that is close to open hill country complete with hiking trails. A popular spot for walking the dog or picnics is Lago Tortuga – Turtle Lake – from where the surrounding mountains already come into view.

This is the setting for the attractive villas, charming village style townhouse urbanisations and appealing apartment complexes in Super manzana H, Nueva Andalucía. The latter are often gated, set within green subtropical gardens and feature communal swimming pools, tennis courts, paddle tennis and in some cases indoor spa facilities. Nueva Andalucia

Situated just inland from Puerto Banús, Nueva Andalucía is one of the coast’s most popular residential areas. Often referred to as the Golf Valley it lies in the foothills of La Concha Mountain, providing its inhabitants with spectacular views of both the landmark peak and down to the Mediterranean Sea. This part of Marbella features a relatively new construction, and although it is not a ‘town’ it has all the amenities of one. You’ll find yourself within walking distance of Puerto Banús and a ten-minute drive from Marbella or San Pedro Alcántara, in an ideal spot to live or holiday if you want to have access to the coast’s vibrant nightlife, beaches and sports activities.
