Las Brisas Golf

Just inland from the famous marina, beach clubs, eateries and designer shopping of Puerto Banús is Nueva Andalucía, one of the finest residential areas of Marbella, and at its heart of lays the verdant expanse of the Real Club de Golf Las Brisas.

Famous for its specially planted subtropical greenery, the course designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones Senior was originally inaugurated as the Club de Golf Nueva Andalucía in 1968. Since its first international competition in 1970, Las Brisas has been the site of many a professional and amateur tournament, gaining in stature over the year to now be considered among the aristocracy of European golf clubs.

The luxurious clubhouse amenities, fully updated and modernised in recent years, have the feel and ambience of a luxury resort hotel. They form the point of reference for many of the luxury villas and apartments in the residential area known as Las Brisas Golf, a suburb at the heart of Nueva Andalucía that features many of the finest frontline golf villas and apartments in Marbella. Some of the villas at Las Brisas even have direct private access to the course, complete with a buggy house that allows owners to go straight on and off the course, though to do this one has to also be a member of this venerated club.

There are restaurants, banks and shops within a few hundred metres, with the hub of amenities and fine dining at Aloha little more than a kilometre away, the Centro Plaza mall around two kilometres and Aloha College about the same distance. The beaches and amenities of Puerto Banús can be reached in little more than five minutes, with Marbella town accessible in ten minutes and the natural beauty of the neighbouring countryside available for hiking, bike trails or simply walking the dog. Elegant and sophisticated, Las Brisas is also an ideal family home location.
