As you follow the gentle upward incline away from the Golf Valley you enter a private domain with little passing traffic that is a haven of peace and privacy. From here the views back across the Golf Valley of Nueva Andalucía towards Puerto Banús and the Mediterranean Sea are among the finest in the area, and while you’re just minutes from all amenities, this is a select residential zone made up exclusively of villas.

The villas for sale in La Cerquilla are mostly found on medium to large plots and feature a variety of architectural styles, orientations, sizes and features, but typically the standard of luxury and amenities is very high. There are also some more compact modern villas set on smaller grounds, offering a choice of homes in La Cerquilla that is ample even though it is a small part of Nueva Andalucía. However, properties here are hard to come by as this is an established area where homes are snapped up quickly when they do come on to the market. For while La Cerquilla is not one of the best known suburbs in Marbella, this hidden gem is very popular among those in the know.
