La Carolina
view 2 propertiesOne of the classics of Marbella, La Carolina is a small residential area on the inland side of the Golden Mile. At the heart of things in central Marbella, it lies within a private shaded area with lovely sea views.
Situated on the northern part of the Golden Mile is La Carolina, one of the best-established and mature residential areas in Marbella, as this was one of the first spots chosen by the early elite that built homes and settled in what was to become the top address in the area. As a result, La Carolina, is wooded, private and tranquil while having everything close by.
The beaches, restaurants and beach clubs of the Golden Mile are just a few metres away, with Marbella town, Puerto Banús and the golf courses and international colleges of Nueva Andalucía on either side of the elegant six-kilometre avenue that is the Golden Mile. It is an area of parks, luxurious resort hotels such as the Marbella Club and Puente Romano, as well as sea and mountain views.
Most amenities are within walking distance, but ensconced within your private villa or the lush communal gardens of the apartment complex that shelter them from the avenue, you’re in a world of greenery, space and tranquillity accompanied by lovely sea and mountain views, with La Concha Mountain towering behind. An affordable area in Marbella’s finest address.
