Where is Los Granados del Mar located?

Los Granados del Mar faces Playa de Punta Plata, “Silverpoint Beach”. It sits at the eastern edge of Estepona, where the town meets the New Golden Mile. The urbanization iseasy to access by any means. Residents drive less than an hour to reach two international airports with connections all over Europe. To the east, Malaga’s airport lies about 50 minutes, or 80 kilometres, away.Gibraltar, in the opposite direction, is about the same. From Malaga, take the AP-7 towards Estepona past Marbella. At Exit 1047B, turn onto theAutovía del Mediterráneo (A-7). Drive along the coast until you reach Los Granados del Mar.

From Gibraltar, take the AP-7 toward Estepona. At Exit 1067, turn onto Calle Mare Nostrum. Drive toward the shore and follow the street until you reach the complex. Through Estepona, residents can travel inland, to experience the mountains of Andalusia. Drive west along Estepona’s beach, turn north onto MA-8301, then travel 30 minutes to Sierra Bermeja Natural Park. Or take the MA-8300 west to Casares and the white villages of Genalguacil, Jubrique, Júzcar and Benahavís.

When was Los Granados del Mar built?

The complex was completed in 2007. The developement was built by Espacio, a Madrid developer, who were responsible for building Los Granados in Puerto Banus and Los Granados Playa among others.
