Casasola

Casasola is one of the most exclusive residential areas in Estepona, located on the beachside of the N340 coastal highway to the east of the town between the Arroyo de las Cañas and the Guadalmansa River, which marks the border with neighbouring San Pedro Alcántara.

The choice of housing available in Casasola is made up of high-end apartments in exclusive developments, semi-detached townhouses, and some very spacious single-family villas, many of which enjoy excellent sea views and some of which are front line to the beach. There are also a limited number of building plots available for those who wish to design their own home.

The Casasola area is home to some of Estepona’s finest hotels and benefits from fast access to the coast road, putting both the centre of town, Puerto Banús and Marbella within easy reach.
