Puerto del Almendro

Bordered to the south and east by Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club, it lies east of the Ronda road just a couple of kilometres north of the AP-7 toll motorway. Puerto del Almendro is home to both a number of developments of luxury apartments and penthouses and large, single-family villas on sizeable plots. A choice of building land, much of which enjoys excellent views over the surrounding area to the sea, is available for buyers who want to develop their own property.

Access to Puerto de Almendro is from the A397 Ronda road which leads into the Avenida de Ronda, via the community’s gated entrance, just before reaching Monte Halcones. Málaga-Costa del Sol and Gibraltar International Airports are both around 45-minutes’ drive on the AP-7 highway. The area is well served by local services, including an Opencor supermarket and various restaurants, located within walking distance at the Monte Halcones shopping centre. The centre of San Pedro is just five minutes away, while the area’s beaches and the distractions of Puerto Banús are only a short drive further.
