Villa Oasis: transforming the basement

The basement of the property underwent significant work, including excavation within the existing structure to lower the floor level to create space for an indoor swimming pool, spa, home cinema, and gym. This involved cutting through the concrete foundation slab and removing tons of earth for the pool, and then fitting out and finishing the entire space to create a luxury feel.
