Stage 3: Building the lower level in reinforced concrete

The framework surrounding the lower level of Villa Alquería has now been removed, revealing the size and shape of the house’s footprint and providing a base upon which to elevate the property above the surrounding land to maximise its great views over the golf course at the Atalaya Golf and Country Club.
