Terra Meridiana were asked to assist with a client who purchased a beautiful single level property in Balcones de Sierra Blanca. We introduced the client to Kerstin Schacht from Interior Concepts – https://ksinteriorconcepts.com – who designed and project managed the reform from beginning to end. The property comprised 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, a lovely garden with a pool and sea views and a delightful rear patio. The remit was to deliver a finished house in quite a tight timescale since the owner wished to occupy the house as soon as possible
