Stage 8: Plastering continues, while climate systems are installed

Villa Mozart is progressing nicely, with plastering work on the pool and jacuzzi completed, the façade in progress, and work advancing well on the interior. The underfloor heating is now being laid, while the air-conditioning ducts and wiring have already been installed. The unseasonably good weather we’re enjoying this winter is making the build a quicker job than expected, while also allowing the builders to enjoy the incredible views the property has of both the Mediterranean and the mountains.
