Stage 3: Building the ground floor

With construction of the basement level completed, the reinforced ground floor slab is poured and columns erected to support the first floor. At the same time, all of the basement retaining walls are waterproofed and drainage pipework to the basement is put into place. The sign advertising the villa for the sale also goes up on the property.
