THE BRIEF

To find a suitable plot in a top location in Marbella to build a luxury modern home with sea views. After several months of searching for a suitable plot it was decided Sierra Blanca was the desired location and our search began in earnest to find a suitable plot. Given the lack of suitable plots available, finally the client decided to purchase an existing home and knock it down.

THE SOLUTION

After careful consideration, ARK architects from Sotogrande were chosen to provide a turnkey solution and a project was created and a license applied for. After the license was issued by Marbella Town Hall, construction began and in 18 months the villa was ready to move in to.
