Case Study: Recognising the need for expansion due to our growing team and operations, Terra Meridiana strategically decided to relocate. We set our sights on an old, character-filled building in the heart of Estepona Old Town, located on Calle Caridad. Our vision was to transform this space into a modern, two-storey office that would accommodate our team and reflect our commitment to quality and innovation in real estate.

However, this also meant that acquiring the necessary permissions and licenses to commence renovations was a meticulous and time-consuming process.
