Stage 3: Building the entrance level and first floor

Work continues with the construction of the entrance level, which will contain the living rooms, dining room, kitchen, and two bedroom suites, as well as the pillars which will support the roof over the first floor, which will house the master bedroom suite and two additional en-suite bedrooms. Meanwhile, the basement walls are being waterproofed and drainage channels dug around the structure to ensure the removal of any rain or groundwater that could accumulate.
