A large and luxurious contemporary residence that has been designed to maximise energy efficiency, built on a large plot with stunning Mediterranean views, just under the top ridge of one of the most high-end urbanisations in Europe, La Zagaleta. What TM did:

We were asked by an existing client, with whom we have undertaken several building projects, to source land opportunities anywhere in premium areas of Marbella for new developments.

After locating several opportunities, we decided to focus on La Zagaleta, given the shortage of new properties coming to the market in the urbanization. A fantastic plot became available and the client seized the chance to buy it, as it has 270-degree views of the coastline, all-day sunshine, and is conveniently located next to the north security entrance.

We have assisted the client with the selection of the architect and builder, and once the license was obtained from Benahavís Town Hall, building work has now begun. Terra Meridiana has been selected as the exclusive sales agent to market the property, the ultra modern villa for sale in la Zagaleta, The Heaven 11.
