Stage 4: Rendering and painting

Construction work on the new wing is now almost complete, giving a clear idea of how the finished villa will look. Almost all of the exterior has been rendered and repainted white, rather than the previous sand colour, and the interior is also being painted, prior to flooring being installed. The swimming pool now has mosaic tiles in place and palm trees are being planted in the new patio to the rear of the house.
