Estepona Old Town - Private House - New Build

Terra Meridiana were asked to assist with a client who purchased a plot in Estepona Old Town from us and wished to build a new traditional property but with modern conveniences. We introduced the client to a local architect Ventura Moron from https://www.volumegroup.es/ who created a property with lots of traditional charm but also very modern features. The building company was Luis Rodriguez who did an excellent job. The finished house is a beautiful property which sits between two streets close to the sea.
