Our new forum for property advice in Spain
At Terra Meridiana, we’ve added a community forum section to our website to give all of our clients access to the knowledge of a panel of legal, tax and construction experts
If you’ve ever wondered about any aspect of buying or selling real estate in Spain, if you’re thinking of getting into property development on the Costa del Sol, if you’re a landlord with a place to let or a tenant looking for a long-term or short-term rental, our new community forum is for you.
At Terra Meridiana, we’ve always tried to provide clients with the best possible service, whatever their interests in the Spanish property market. And having been in business on the Costa del Sol for more than 18 years, we’ve built up a network of trusted partners to help us do just that, from lawyers to taxation experts to surveyors and project management specialists.
Everything you want to know about Spanish property
With the goal of sharing our insight and expertise with anyone who has questions about any aspect of real estate in Spain, we’ve put together a panel of experts to provide what we hope are helpful answers. Aside from myself, we have two lawyers, Adolfo Martos and Blanca Loring; a tax advisor, Inmaculada Domecq; and two construction professionals, Campbell Ferguson and Chris Warren.
You’ll find information about the members of our panel and buyers, sellers, developers, landlords and tenants alike can search for more in-depth articles that highlight our panel’s expertise on specific issues, such as Brexit and Golden Visas, on our blog.
It’s your community, so tell us what you’d like to talk about
We’ve organised the forum into five categories: Buying, Selling, Developing, Letting and Renting. Each category has an open list of topics that can easily be added to, every time a new subject comes up. And if users and our panel of experts discuss a subject in more detail, we’ll just extend the discussion thread in chronological order.
You’ll be able to ask questions, talk about those already raised and share your own experiences and insight into property ownership in Spain and the market on the Costa del Sol. As we launch, we’re not going to moderate the forum, as we hope everyone in our community will take part in a spirit of mutual respect and friendly exchange. But we’ll be listening to your ideas and the issues you want to discuss, and trying to help you, our clients, get the advice and answers you need.
